You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. <\/p>\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. <\/p>\n\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. <\/p>\n\n

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods if their value does not exceed 50 euros. If the value of the goods exceeds 50 euros, we will cover the return shipping costs. <\/p>\n\n

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.<\/p>\n\n
