Frequently asked questions

How quickly is the grill ready for use?

15 to 20 minutes depending on plate thickness and model. Thinner steel heats up faster, thicker steel retains heat for longer. Even faster in summer.

Why round and not square?

The round shape creates natural temperature zones – 400 °C in the center, 100 °C at the edge. All are on an equal footing around the plate. No head end, no grill master.

What is included in the scope of delivery?

Fire bowl, steel grill plate and base. Ventilation set, shelves and other accessories are available separately and can be retrofitted at any time.

What does shipping cost?

Forwarding delivery with notification and desired date: € 149. The driver brings the fireplace directly to your front door. No parcel service, no damage.
