Shipping costs

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery by DPD takes place here within 3-5 working days at the latest. In the case of delivery via a freight forwarder, within 8-10 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

Shipping is by DPD or, for orders over 30 kg, by a freight forwarder.

Delivery time

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
