Shipping costs

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready to ship immediately. Delivery via DPD will take place within 3–5 business days at the latest. For deliveries via a freight forwarder (WLC, Cargoboard, or Schenker), delivery will take place within 8–10 business days. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is sent to the bank handling the transfer for payments made in advance, and the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.

Shipping is by DPD or, for orders over 30 kg, by a freight forwarder.

Delivery time

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
