In contrast to conventional grilling, the food is not placed directly over the embers in the smoker, but is cooked or smoked in a separate chamber by hot smoke. This ensures gentle and even barbecue preparation – and an incomparable smoky taste!

Different structure

The Smoke Tube can be mounted on existing Remundi fireplaces with three Smoker steel legs* in size M or L (depending on fireplace M or L) in the middle. Our new Smoker grill plate* is required for an asymmetrical set-up.

The Smoker Steel Legs

In order to use the Remundi Smoke Tube over our Remundi fireplaces, three additional smoker legs in size M or L are required (size depends on the respective fireplace M or L). These can be purchased separately.

Our new smoker grill plate

The Remundi Smoke Tube can also be placed directly on our new grill plate instead of in the middle of the fireplace. The holes in the plate draw the smoke from inside the fireplace directly into the smoker. In this combination, the Remundi Smoke Tube and the Remundi Topper can be used together.
