Frequently asked questions

How quickly is the grill ready for use?

20 to 30 minutes, depending on the plate thickness and model. Thinner steel heats up faster, while thicker steel retains heat longer. In the summer, it heats up even faster.

Why round and not square?

The round shape creates natural temperature zones – 400 °C in the center, 100 °C at the edge. All are on an equal footing around the plate. No head end, no grill master.

What is included in the scope of delivery?

The package includes a ventilation kit, ash bucket, ash grate, grill plate, fire bowl (depending on the model), and base. Each of our fire pits can be expanded and upgraded with optional accessories, which are sold separately.

What does shipping cost?

Freight delivery with advance notice and a preferred delivery date: starting at €149. The driver will deliver the fire pit right to your front door. No package delivery service, no damage.

Easy to care for and low-maintenance

The It comes without any electrical bells and whistles and is easy to clean: Remove grill residue with a grill spatula, wipe the plancha plate clean after it has cooled, and then season it again with cooking oil.
